Effective July 6, 2026, Lake Harney Water Association transitioned to a new Utility billing and payment processing service provider (gWorks/FrontDesk).

Members choosing the option of online payments and utilizing the payment link below, please be aware of the following fees that will be passed on to you.

Credit Card Third-Party Payment Processing Fee

Fee:  4% of the payment amount, or $3 minimum

Who pays it:  The resident making the payment

What it means:

·        If water bill is $40, your payment will include a service charge of $3 (minimum).  Total payment = $43

·        If water bill is $200, your payment will include a service charge of 4% ($8).  Total payment = $208

ACH Fees (electronic banking transfer)

Fee:  A flat dollar amount based on the size of the transaction

Who pays it:  The resident making the payment

What it means:

·        Water bills up to $500 incur a $3 fee.  If your bill is $200, your payment will include a service charge of $3.  Total payment = $203

·        Water bills $500.01 to $1000 incur a $4 fee.  If your bill is $600, your payment will include a service charge of $4.  Total payment = $604

·        Water bills $1000.01 to $5000 incur a $5 fee.

·        Water bills over $5000.01 incur a $10 fee.
